This article covers the process of releasing and viewing performance reports.
As a manager, when you log into your admin dashboard, you’ll see a new button on each row for sharing an employee’s performance report.
When you click the button, you’ll be taken to the performance report for that particular employee.
If you need to make any changes, you can do so on this page. After the report is released, you won’t be able to make any further changes to it. When you’re ready, click “Release report”.
This will trigger an email to the employee letting them know that their report is ready to view.
When they click “view report”, they’ll be taken to the performance report. We’ll ask the employee to confirm that they’ve had a performance conversation with you, their manager.
When they click that button, a short survey will appear. As soon as they enter their response, their performance cycle is complete.
